In Provo Utah there is a little store called Pebbles in My Pocket (which is owned by Pebbles Inc). And they sell these page kits of every thing you could possible imagine. Still Making Miss You Cards

This one is for Breann. She loves bright, vibrant colors; her whole house is full of them. Although I'm more of a pastel color person, I love how she uses bold colors on not only her house, but also her clothes and even her hair. I know she will love this card.

Mini- Ball

I asked Gabby what her favorite thing to do with dad is, and she said "mini ball" (miniature golf). So we made a mini ball book for father's day. She picked out her favorite photos, then she picked out the paper (which is why my husband got a pink album). She just loves to help me scrapbook.
Supplies:
Stampin Up (patterned paper, cardstock, & stickers); other (album & ribbons)

6.12.2009

another miss you card

6.10.2009

Making Memories (acrylic overlay, patterned paper, flowers, button, & ribbon); Bazzil (cardstock)

Making Memories (patterned paper, ribbon, & die cut frame); Close To My Heart (stamps and inks); Bazzill (cardstock)

Graduation Announcements 2

5.19.2009

Graduation Announcements 1

It's so easy to make girly cards and scrapbook pages, but boy stuff is just beyond me (good thing I had a girl). So it took a lot of time to decide on a design that would be "manly" enough for my husband's graduation announcements, but I think this design works pretty well.
Supplies:
We R Memory Keepers (patterned paper); Cuttlebug (swiss dot template); other (cardstock and ribbon)

5.17.2009

I have always wanted to go to Santa Monica, ever since I heard the Savage Garden song about it. Since we moved to San Diego, I kept hinting about it to my husband, bu the never made plans for us to go. So one Friday moring, I made plans for us to go that evening and spend the weekend there. Gabby loves those little bath capsules you soak in water to grow sponge animals and shapes. Her favorite ones are the aliens, which we now refer to as our "shower monsters".
Supplies:
American Crafts (patterned paper); Jelly Bean (journaling tags); Paper Reflections (cardstock); Slice (big kids cartridge)

4.15.2009

Girls Night

These are my girlfriends/scrappin' buddies. We get together as a group atleast once a month. we say were scrapbooking, but really we just eat junk food, watch movies, and have girl talk. Supplies:
prima (paper); ki memories (chipboard letters); making memories (journaling block); american crafts (ribbon); sassafras lasss (flower)

4.09.2009

easter card

After trying out several card designs, I finally picked a card design that I am happy with. I used 2nd generation stamping to achieve the perfect colors (that's where you stamp your image on scrap paper before stamping on you card, which makes your colors softer). The picture we sent with our cards is from a trip my husband & I took to Santa Monica a few weeks ago.
Supplies:
die cuts with a view (cardstock & patterned paper); american crafts (ribbon); close to my heart (stamps & ink)
